MY DOG HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

We understand that each dog has a different set of dietary needs and we are happy to assist with this during their stay.  You just need to make sure to add that information to the boarding request when you schedule your stay with us.  If things have changed since you booked, just give us a call and let us know so we can update your pets record.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?

We supply everything for your pet except for food and any special treats you would like them to have.  Bedding, food and water dishes, and all the love and attention you could possibly imagine.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY DOG DURING THEIR STAY?

It can be very hard to leave your dog for an extended period of time.  Rest assured, if there were any problems with your dogs stay we would contact you immediatley.

We strongly suggest that you check out our Facebook page for the fun random photos from around the facility.  You never know what you might see!

MY DOG IS UNALTERED OR DOESN'T PLAY WELL WITH OTHER DOGS.  CAN THEY STAY WITH YOU FOR BOARDING?

For unaltered dogs over 6 months: Yes, your dog will have 4 individual potty breaks throughout the day. We have the staff and ability to give your dog the extra care that they need while they are here.  We will work out a play schedule with other dogs that they will get along with that are "fixed" so they get lots of play without the risks that go with playing with other unaltered dogs.

For dogs reactive with other dogs: Yes, your dog will have 4 individual potty breaks throughout the day. Enhance your dogs stay with 15 minute one on one interaction with a handler. Spot are limited, ask us for details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodated a female in heat.  An emergency contact is required to be on file so we can contact them to have the dog picked up should she go in to heat while they are in our care.

This does not apply to unaltered dogs under 6 months.

I HAVE MORE THAN ONE DOG.  WILL THEY BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM?

A boarding experience can be a challenge for many first time boarders.  So the simple answer is yes.  Our rooms are sufficiently sized for two or sometimes even three dogs to share a room.  The only time we would separate dogs from the same family is if there was an issue.

MY DOG IS ON MEDICATION & OTHER SUPPLEMENTS.  CAN YOU GIVE THOSE DURING THE STAY?

Just like with humans, medication only works if it is given when it is prescribed.  Our staff is checking and then double checking to make sure that medication is given on time and in correct doses.  Simply share the medication with us in the initial boarding or bring it in for your stay with detailed instructions on its dosage.

I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY DOG IS COMFORTABLE.  IS YOUR BUILDING CLIMATE CONTROLLED?

Your dogs comfort is something we strive to meet in all possible ways.  We took that into consideration when we built.  Our boarding area is unique in the fact that we have in floor heat in all of our rooms and the entire boarding facility is both heated and air conditioned throughout the year.  The climate control system alerts several key pack leaders of any fluctuation in temperature, humidity, or if airflow if it is not top notch!

I AM CONSCIOUS ABOUT SAFETY.  WHAT SAFETY FEATURES DO YOU HAVE TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE?

Safety is our number one concern and we take every aspect of security very seriously.  From day one we have had security cameras installed to monitor things even when we are not there.  We also have networked smoke alarms that alert key pack leaders day or night should smoke become an issue or should a fire break out.  Our climate control system alerts pack leaders of issues that arise outside of our specifications.

MY DOG IS VERY ACTIVE.  DO THEY GET ENOUGH TIME TO PLAY OUTSIDE?

The energy level of each dog is different.  Smaller dogs require less time outside playing than larger dogs.  We have several times throughout the day that your dog will get outside to play.  For dogs that are very active and do need more play time we offer Extended Play with our daycare dogs.  This service is not available on the arrival day of a boarding stay or the day of departure. If you wish to take advantage of Extended Play, please let our boarding staff know. Your dog must meet our daycare qualifications.  We have over 20,000 square feet of play space outside with additional space inside for cold and rainy days.

I'D LIKE TO CHECK OUT YOUR FACILITY.  DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO TAKE A TOUR?

We would love to see you and show you around.  We are confident in all aspects of our facility that no appointment is necessary for a tour.  You will be welcomed to see everything we have to offer.  Having said that, please remember that this is a working boarding facility and dogs are coming and going all the time.  Please consider coming early in the week and mid to later in the day as those can be our quieter times.  See you soon!

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A HEALTH ISSUE OR MEDICAL EMERGENCY?

Accidents happen and just like humans, even the healthiest dogs can get sick.  But don't worry, we are able to handle any emergency or situation that comes up.  In any health issue we feel is a medical emergency we will contact you immediately.  If we are not able to get in contact with you, and we feel that the issue would best be resolved by your dog seeing a veterinarian, we will take them to your vet immediately.

I AM ALL SET AND WANT TO BOOK A BOARDING.  HOW DO I DO IT AND HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

We are glad that you are ready to join our family!  Booking a stay is very easy.  Once you are ready, simply go to our Online Scheduling System and create your free user account.  If your dog has taken part in any service with us you already have an account.  If you do not remember your log in information (or have never logged in), please contact us to activate online booking for you.  For new customers, once you have the basics in, give us a call and we will activate it for you.  You will be able to book boarding, daycare, and swimming via a simple web page.  Space does fill quickly for holidays and weekends.  The sooner you book the best chance you have at getting your space reserved.
