JEN COWLING
Owner
Jen is one of our owners and oversees our entire facility. Everything from boarding to daycare, from billing to human resources, Jen can usually be found in our boarding building with stacks of paperwork on her desk. Her knowledge touches every aspect of Play & Stay and we would not be who we are without her. And just because she comes to see you doesn't mean you're in trouble.
JOEL GUDEX
Owner
Joel is also one of our owners and he can be found cutting grass, moving snow, fixing things, and dealing with other issues that pop up around the facility.
You can find Joel in our daycare building checking in your daycare dogs. His canine companion can often be found wandering the property by his side.

Kelsie first joined our team in 2021 and rejoined us again in 2026.
Kelsie Beck is a certified dog trainer with 9 years of experience in the dog care industry. Her background includes daycare, boarding, training, and boarding facility management. She is passionate about creating a safe, structured, and positive environment for every dog in her care. She is dedicated to the health, safety, and overall well-being of every pet she works with.
