Daycare Packages are nonrefundable and are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Late Pick-Up Fees (After 6pm)
Daycare and boarding departures must be picked up by 6:00pm. A late fee of $10 will be accessed for every 15 minute increment past 6:00pm. Please let us know in advance if you are running late or need to extend your dog's stay. In the event you do not call, pickup and we cannot reach you, your dog will be boarding overnight and charges would apply.

Early Arrival or Late Departure Fees
Similar to hotel accommodations, incoming arrival check-in is Noon or later. Check-out time is by Noon except Sundays and Holidays (New as of October 1, 2019). If you have requested an early check-in or a late check-out, the following charges do apply:

7 nights or more receive a free courtesy bath
10 or more nights receive a 10% discount

A pool evaluation is required for all dogs using the pool facility. Pool evaluations will not be scheduled for dogs attending their first day of daycare or trial day of boarding.
