At Peebles Play & Stay, we understand that things come up, plans change, and sometimes you need to cancel a reservation you have made or need to get in at the last minute due to an emergency. We want to help everyone out!
When you make a reservation, please remember that we are holding a space for your pet so no one else is able to book it. In order to be fair to everyone we want to remind you of our Cancellation Policy.
Peebles Play & Stay Cancellation Policy, Late Pick Up Policy, and Holiday Cancellations
Daycare & Boarding Late Pick-Up Policy
Daycare & boarding guests must be picked up by 6:00pm. A late fee of $10 will be accessed for every 15 minute increment past 6:00pm. Please let us know in advance if you’re running late and need to have your dog stay for the night.
Boarding Cancellation Policy
Reservations that include a Friday and/or Saturday overnight must be cancelled by noon the Wednesday prior to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the boarding fees for a one night stay. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the holiday to avoid a cancellation fee equal to a 2 night stay. Holidays included are Easter, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Sunday through Thursdays must be cancelled by noon 2 days prior.
Early pickups, during any time period, may result in your full scheduled boarding stay being charged.
Daycare and Pool Cancellation Policy
Customers will be charged a one day fee or a one day deduction from an existing package for a no-show or cancellation made after 6:00pm the day prior. No show for free trial day of daycare and/or boarding will result in a day being used and first visit will be a normal daycare rate.
Grooming Cancellation Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled grooming appointment or for a no show or cancellation made after 6:00pm day prior, a charge equal to the scheduled grooming service will result.
